Week 3 Weight Loss Results
Well, it's been another long week of daily workouts (except Sunday, Sunday is rest day right?) and I'm down to 96.8 kilos. I'm still feeling good for the effort, but the initial novelty has worn off and It's taking all my will power to get out of bed in the mornings to get to the gym. Thankfully Karen's coming with me, so when one of us feels unmotivated, the other provides welcome encouragement. And there's always the carrot of a post-workout sauna to look forward to.
Favourite workout music this week has been Wolfmother's debut self-titled album... those boys know how to rock and sound like they haven't listened to anything since the late seventies. Now, where did I put my air-guitar?
I've been a bit quiet online of late and will be until the end of week. I had an assignment due last week, it's exam week this week, and I'm heading down to the south coast to see my parents on the weekend. Hopefully I'll have a chance to take some photos of Wollongong from the escarpment while I'm down there. It's a beautiful sight.
